At Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center, our goal is to provide our customers with a relaxing and caring environment that will leave a lasting impression which will inspire customer loyalty. We want to be known for our honesty, reliability, flexibility, and outstanding service to our clients, colleagues, vendors, and our community. We know that by emphasizing the strength of TEAMWORK that growth, longevity, and financial success will naturally follow.
To scheduling an appointment with any stylist/technician at Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center, a Credit/debit Card will be Required to secure appointment. Your Card WILL NOT be charged unless there is a NO-Show or NO Cancel, 24 to 48 hours before scheduled appointment. (See the sections below). ONLY services above $90.00 Requires a 50% Deposit. The salon requires 24 hours in advance notice, if you need to cancel your appointment. Should a client miss an appointment without a proper cancellation, a 50% Cancellation fee/ No-Show Fee of the scheduled services WILL be charged to the credit/debit card on file. We do NOT schedule clients within the same hour, last minute cancellations and late arrivals impose a great inconvenience and loss to the business. This includes same day online made appointments.

Late Arrivals: If you are late for an appointment more than 15 minutes, it may be necessary to reschedule or be worked in as a walk-in. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your salon / spa service to allow time to check-in and to change. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid lateness, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
Late Fee; Failure to cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes and/or will pay a late fee of $15 & up in addition to your scheduled appointment.
One Time Reschedule Courtesy Fee: Guest Late cancelled appointment but appointment was rescheduled will access a fee of $15 & up.
Children and Un-serviced Guest: We love children. For safety and comfort to all salon guests, kids are NOT allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. It is our goal to offer a safe, relaxed and professional atmosphere. If you are unable to make childcare arrangements, we will have to reschedule your appointment, all fees will apply. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 7 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children.
Un-serviced Guest are NOT Permitted at this time! Due to limited seating. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Walk-In We welcome walk-in customers. Walk-ins may experience a longer waiting period. Therefore, appointments are preferred.
Payments: We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. Please Note: Credit/I.O.U for salon services is NOT available.
We accept CASH, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER but please, NO Personal Checks.
Coupon Policy: Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center does not honor any other store coupons. Only coupons from Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center will be honored. The coupon policy is subject to change and should be verified/present at salon when using a coupon.
-Restrictions (1) One coupon per customer per transaction. You may use different coupons during the promotion periods.
-You may not use the same coupon multiple times during the promotion period. Stock is limited. While supplies last, no rain checks.

Gift Certificates/Cards & Loyalty Points: Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center Gift Certificates are redeemable only where it was purchased. VIP Gift Certificates/Cards & Bundle Series: Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center VIP Gift Certificates & Bundle Series are redeemable only where it was purchased.VIP Gift Certificates & Bundle Series cannot be redeemed for cash. VIP Gift Certificates & Bundle Series are non-refundable. VIP Gift Certificates are redeemable only for salon / spa services. Redeeming Gift Certificate Won at Fund-Raiser: If you are the recipient of a Gift Certificate you won or bid for at a charity event or fund-raiser, you must inform the Client Service Representative when you call to schedule your appointment.

This is a great salon for all types of hair. Whether you're relaxing, or keeping up with your natural hair styles, they know how to care for it all! & they don't take matters into their own hands. They'll give you the style you ask for!! They, of course, will give you their advice & guide you through your decisions but they don't say they're going to do one thing & do the opposite. Recently, she shampooed, styled, trimmed and twisted my 3 year old daughter's natural hair. My wife recently visited this establishment for the first time. I dropped her off for her appointment, and when I returned a little later I was blown away! Her hair was healthy, lovely and vibrant, and her "swagger quotient" was off the charts! I truly loved what they did for her. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and receptive to hearing her thoughts and concerns. They made her feel at ease, and the results were very pleasing to her, as well as me. I don't do very many reviews, but I would be doing this establishment a huge disservice if I didn't give these people their just due. I had my first visit to the salon yesterday. Excellent service and staff. My stylist, Keiona, suggested extra services for my hair, which I definitely needed, and didn't rush, even though she had to spend a lot of extra time on my hair. It was raining when I left, so the receptionist got a plastic cap and put it on for me, so that I wouldn't mess up my style. Very professional all the way around. They keep wait time at a minimum, which is extremely important to me. My hair was flat ironed and stayed straight, even with the weather. I will definitely return. - Sheila Rene Wheeler

I have been visiting Stella’s Daughter for about 4 months and while it may be the most I’ve ever paid to get my hair done, it has been the absolute best and worth every penny. My hair isn’t just styled, it is cared for and I have been properly educated on what to use and do to help my hair be healthier. The stylists are obviously masters at their craft and the environment is welcoming. I’m taken at my appointment time and the time I’m there is appropriate for the services I am having. Gone are the days of being at a salon for 4-7 hours!
When I went natural I tried to read so much to educate myself about how to care for my hair and I bought so many ‘highly recommended” products that they literally fill a small suitcase. I remember feeling so frustrated when I washed my hair and piles of hair would fall out and roll across the floor like small tumbleweeds. With the various hair treatments from Stella’s, I no longer have this problem and the thinning spots in my hairline are growing back in. I have friends that will compliment my hair and talk about their dissatisfaction with their hair stylists. When we compare pricing they will often say they will stick with their stylist. She is the hair care expert and has great passion for her job. She tries to ensure all her clients have healthy hair. On my first visit, I was due to have a relaxer. However because my hair was in poor condition, Mrs. McManus provided a protein treatment, a deep conditioner, and some hair education. She truly loves her job and cares about her clients.
