When an opening becomes available on our waiting list, you will be automatically added & notified via text/ email.
*You are responsible to respond as soon as possible if you are not able to keep this appointment. Although notifications are sent accordingly to available openings. When you agree to be added to the wait list, you also agree to the terms & conditions of our Cancellation Policy and other fees that will apply.

The length of the waiting list varies, it all depends on when other salon guest cancel.
Unfortunately, We are a very busy servicing other salon guest. We use AI (artificial intelligence) to fill our available openings. Please be aware you will receive a text/email when an opening is available.
Yes, The salon requires 24 hours (a day) in advance notice, if you need to cancel your appointment. Should a client miss an appointment without a proper cancellation, a 50% Cancellation fee/ No-Show Fee of the scheduled services WILL be charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file.
