Standing Appointments:
When you schedule standing appointments, we reserve that time exclusively for you and we are telling others clients asking for that time, it’s not available!
We strongly recommend working with your stylist by setting a recurring standing day and time that is convenience for you.
Late and last minute cancellations does not provide enough time for us to contact clients who may be on the waitlist for an appointment time.
After 2 consecutive cancellations in a short period of time may result in the loss of prime time standing appointments.
Missed Appointments:
If you do not contact us 24 hours in advance to reschedule or show up, you will be charged for the missed session. Missed appointments include, but are not limited to, the unfortunate experiences of forgetting an appointment or having something else important come up that conflicts with your reserved time.
Cancellation Fee:
Should a client miss an appointment without a proper cancellation, a 50% Cancellation fee/ No-Show Fee of the scheduled services WILL be charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file.
