The Guest Reservation Specialist is one of the most important position in Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center. It is very important that our clients receive a CONSISTENT, QUALITY EXPERIENCE every time they call or arrive at the salon.

Celisha Francis

Celisha Francis

Salon Assistant / Jr. Stylist 


Celisha Francis was born in St.Thomas US Virgin Islands. She been in Winston Salem for about 17 years. She graduated from Empire Beauty College in 2018, and is now a Stylist Salon Assistant at SDSWC. After her training is will earning her chair as a Jr. Stylist. 


Celisha very passionate about the haircare industry especially natural hair styling. She would like to gain more knowledge about hair-color, haircutting and products knowledge to share with her salon guest.  


Celisha want to be able to do all types of hair textures. As her salon guest, your will experience a tHAIRapy session that is ONE of a kind.  

Celisha is very professional, a fast learner and a phenomenal team player. She enjoys learning new things, dancing and going to church. 


Celisha’s favorite thing in life is caring for her daughter, A’Nylah. As a mother, you want to be your child’s greatest teacher!

NOTE: As a Stylist Salon Assistant her duty is to assist management, other team member and clients as directed to ensure the smooth running of Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center at all times. This may includes beginning the service with prepping & shampooing our guests, assisting with retail products, apply treatments & color.

Shenae Moncrief

Senior Stylist 


 Shenae Moncrief is from Winston-Salem, NC. She has been a stylist for 17+ years receiving her cosmetology license in 2001 from Carolina Beauty College. Shenae enjoys making clients feel beautiful and her motto is “Let Your Hair Do the Talking!” She provides excellent hair care service and is known as the stylist with “growing hands”. 


Shenae specializes in repairing damaged hair and also has years of experience in Natural Hair Styling, Short Cuts, Kids Styles and Protective Styles during transitions. 


Shenae goals are to become an educator obtaining a instructor license. Shenae enjoys learning new things and teaching others. 


Shenae is also studying psychology at Winston Salem State University to one day open up a all girls group home, for at risk youth & adolescence.

D’wan Lewis

Senior Stylist


D’wan Lewis, a Washington DC native, recently moved to Winston-Salem, NC to be close to family. D’wan has 20 plus years of experience. She loves doing hair and keeping hair healthy for her clients. The Lord has blessed her hands to take care of hair. D’wan has worked with all ethnicities in NY, Boston and London. D’wan fell in Love with Winston 10 years ago and decided she wanted to make this her home. 


D’wan is passionate about fighting for civil rights, she loves to skate, riding her bicycle, going to the movies, spending time with my family, meeting new people and praising the Lord. D’wan doesn’t know what the future has to hold for her but she will put it in Gods hands. 


D’wan’s mission is to work hard to build her clientele and sharing the Love of Jesus.

Keiona Kittrell

Executive Director of Operations 

/ Senior Stylist 


Keiona Kittrell is from Winston Salem NC. She graduated from Regency Beauty Institute in 2015 as a Star Student. While attending cosmetology school she received awards for the most retail sold and highest guest retention rate. Excellence customer service is one of her specialty but her niche was creative hair styling. 


Keiona is most talented in ceramic silk pressing “blowouts”, that is transforming natural curly hair to silky smooth. Her dreams is to travel the world as a freelance hairstylist and educator. 


Keiona is very organized, and precise in her procedure. Her passion and desire to be a super phenomenal stylist exudes through every guest that she makes smile and leaves from Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center.

Tenaya Brown

 Jr. Stylist 2 / Free Lancer Artist

(Seasonal)


Tenaya Brown is from Albemarle, NC. She has made Winston Salem her home. Tenaya attended Empire Beauty School and graduated in 2016 were she received several awards and honor roll achievements. She has always found happiness in making other people feel beautiful and you can always find her with a smile on her face! 


As a Jr Stylist, Tenaya delivers outstanding customer service while providing high quality shampoos, Natural Styling, Children styles, Silk Press Styling, Conditioning treatments and much more. 


Tenaya is always helpful, a true team player and always eager to learn.

Reanee McManus

 President / Master Stylist / Educator


Reanee Bell McManus is a native of Montgomery, WV. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Cosmetology from Carolina Beauty College in 1996. Licensed hairstylist over 21 + years, Owner of Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center also Master Educator for Design Essentials. She has dedicated herself to educating others on the importance of healthy hair care and nutrition. 


Reanee has taken classes in salon management, razor cutting, hair-coloring, and platform artistry. Taking such classes from Dudley Cosmetology University, Design Essentials, Paul Mitchell, Kenra, Joico, Patric Bradley, Influence Hair Care and Enyada Graduate School in 2011, where she received her Masters as a Professional Educator. 

Reanee believes that education is the key to advancement in her profession.


Reanee is a wife and a mother of three beautiful girls. She loves to read, (audio books that is), she enjoy her family time, loves laughter and being silly (as some of you may know) and traveling. She is passionate about giving and blessings others. 


Reanee’s future plans to own a chain of Stella’s Daughter Salons. Her goal is to provide guidance & support on building successful stylists, technicians, educators and industry leaders. She has continued to build her brand by providing Excellence, Consistent and Professional Service.  


Reanee believes in empowering the stylist with ongoing support, education and goals so that, ”WE as a team may better service the needs of our guests.”
