We are open Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 6:30pm, Saturday from 8am to 2pm, and closed on Sundays.
We kindly enforce our 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure smooth operation and consideration for our staff and other clients.
Unfortunately, cancelling just 1 hour before your appointment doesn't provide our team with adequate time to fill that slot, potentially resulting in lost revenue for our stylist.
Our services are meticulously scheduled to maximize efficiency and accommodate all our clients' needs. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our cancellation policy.
The most efficient way to cancel your appointment is by responding to the text message or email reminder sent to you 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Alternatively, you can call the salon and leave a message indicating your need to cancel. You can also opt to text us directly at 336-788-5986 or 336-747-3636 to inform us of your cancellation.
If there is availability to reschedule your appointment for a different time on the same day, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
However, please be aware that it may be necessary to adjust the duration of your service and/or assign you to a different stylist based on availability. We strive to provide flexibility whenever possible to meet our clients' needs.

Our salon has a policy regarding late arrivals to ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the efficiency of our schedule. If you arrive late for your appointment, it may be necessary for the technician to rearrange their schedule to accommodate the tardiness or shorten your service(s).
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service after 15 minutes or apply a late fee of $15 and up, in addition to your scheduled appointment.

Yes, our salon enforces a One Time Reschedule Courtesy Fee policy. If you late-cancel an appointment and cannot reschedule within the 3-business-day courtesy window, a fee of $15 and up will be applied.
It's essential to adhere to this policy to maintain fairness to both our clients and our scheduling system.
Note: The cancellation and courtesy fee will be collected at the time of cancellation using the card on file. If the card is declined, the client will be restricted from scheduling until the balance is cleared. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our policies.
