Our Salon Safety Guidelines

Permitted Items & Conditions

Permitted: 

  • CASH & Debit/Credit Card Payments
  • A small purse, cross body or wallet (recommend your debit card only
  • Phone, Kindle,  mini tablet, or Reading
  • Book Coat & Jacket (MUST be hung in closet, can not be at station or dryer area)    


KEEP ALL YOUR BELONGING WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES & CONTAINED!  


Not Permitted:

  • Food, Water or Food Deliveries (Only snacks provided at Salon)  
  • No Guest, Visitors, Kids, etc.            
  • Clients that have respiration issues/ concerns or on oxygen devices.*
  • Clients that are prone to infections*
  • Briefcases, Book bags, Large Bags, Large Coats. 
  • Crafts; Crochet, Knitting, etc. 


    * WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT THIS POINT! 



Before Entry

  1. PLEASE CALL SALON WHEN YOU ARRIVE (336) 788-5986
  2. YOU MUST HAVE A SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT! 
  3. PLEASE WAIT IN YOUR VEHICLE or Outside Seating! YOU MAY NOT ENTER, until YOU receive a text when your stylist is ready for you to enter salon.  (Late arrival policy will be enforced, See Policy) 
  4. (MASKS are REQUIRED during the entire service! Salon will provide disposable mask)


*Note: Clients MUST leave large bags, foods, crafts in vehicle. NO Guest, Visitors or Children. 


              *WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT THIS POINT! 


Upon Entering

  1. ALL Clients MUST first sanitize hands 
  2. ALL CLIENTS MUST Complete NEW Client Waiver & Pre-Screening Client History Form.

 (No Waiver, No Appointment!

During your Service & Refreshments

  

  • We ask if you would Sanitize Hands Often
  • Be aware of ALL signage for directions.


  • We will DISCONTINUE SELF-SERVE BEVERAGE BAR ~ (until further notice, ask any service provider for assistance)


Checking Out & Purchasing Home Care items

  • CASH, Check & Card Card  (Terminal will be sanitized, after each use) 
  • Self-Pay, Apple Pay, Tap n' Pay, will be available 
  • Pre-Pay Options w/ Our VIP Gift Card Bundles 
  • We ask if you NOT browse the Retail Gallery for Home Care (until further notice, PLEASE ask your stylist for assistance)

Rescheduling and Standing Appointments

  • We encourage you to pre schedule your appointment(s) in advance, due to limited availability.
  • STANDING OR RECURRING APPOINTMENT TIMES ARE AVAILABLE (Ask your stylist or salon assistant)

FAQs

  • Can I bring my child for hair services?

Answer: At this time, because of the Mask REQUIREMENT, Any Child under 5 year of age, will not be permitted.


  • Can I bring in my food from home or restaurant? 

Answer: At the time, NO. Limited personal items are permitted. 


  • Can I go to out to my car, to smoke and enter back into salon?

Answer:  NO >>>> SORRY! BE sure to have what you need before entering.  Thanks (See, Permitted Items & Conditions)

Letter to Our Guest

Dear Valued Salon Guest,

We understand your concerns, so we have outdone ourselves in preparing our business for you! 


The safety of our staff and our guest is essential to us, so we have:

  • Cleaned and/or disinfected all surfaces and implements 
  • Laundered and/or disinfected all capes, towels and linens
  • Removed any non-essential items throughout our business 
  • Initiated contactless methods of scheduling and payment
  • Acquired appropriate personal protective equipment to be used when necessary or requested 
  • Discontinued the practice of hand shaking and other non-essential contact 
  • Re-trained our staff on essential infection control and hand hygiene practices 


Feel free to ask any of us at any time about all that we do to provide for your safety. Please relax and enjoy your services!


Revamping the salon, there will be some changes with some of the services to ensure, that we have enough time  for cleaning and prepping for the next salon guest. There will also be price adjustments to accommodations these changes.
