  • Cancellations:

 


To scheduling an appointment with any stylist/technician at Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center, a Credit/debit Card will be Required to secure appointment. Your Card WILL NOT be charged unless there is a NO-Show or NO Cancel, 24 to 48 hours before scheduled appointment. (See the sections below). ONLY services above $90.00 Requires a 50% Deposit. The salon requires 24 hours in advance notice, if you need to cancel your appointment. Should a client miss an appointment without a proper cancellation, a 50% Cancellation fee/ No-Show Fee of the scheduled services WILL be charged to the credit/debit card on file. We do NOT schedule clients within the same hour, last minute cancellations and late arrivals impose a great inconvenience and loss to the business. This includes same day online made appointments.

Late Arrivals:


 If you are late for an appointment more than 15 minutes, it may be necessary to reschedule or be worked in as a walk-in. Your technician will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and enhance treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your salon / spa service to allow time to check-in and to change. We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscience effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid lateness, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.


Late Fee; Failure to cancel within our 24 hour cancellation policy. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes and/or will pay a late fee of $15 & up in addition to your scheduled appointment.


One Time Reschedule Courtesy Fee: When a guest late cancels an appointment but that appointment was rescheduled within 3 Business Days will access a fee of $15 & up. 

NOTE: The cancellation & courtesy fee will be collected at the time of cancellation.

Deposits/ Fees/ Additional Charges: 


  • For Hair color services over $90.00 (Requires half deposit is based on consultation ~ The salon requires 48-Hour Cancellation Notice. Without proper Notice or a No-Show, there will be a charge of the FULL price of your scheduled service.) *If the client decides NOT to receive the Hair color Service, after the color has been formulated & mixed, a Disposal Fee & Cancellation Fee WILL be Charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file. Any deposits made will be held on the account as a credit with proper cancellation.
  • Custom Commercial Hair Installation – Weaves, Wigs, Pieces, etc. (Requires half deposit is based on consultation ~ The salon requires 48-Hour Cancellation Notice. Without proper Notice or a No-Show, there will be a charge of the FULL price of your scheduled service.) *Cancellation/ No-Show Fee WILL be Charged to the credit card or gift certificate on file. 
  • *ALL New Clients scheduling for the first time are required to pay a half deposit is based on service price ~ The salon requires 24-Hour Cancellation Notice. WITHOUT proper Notice or a No-Show, we WILL retain your deposit and NO account credit. 
  • **ALL New Clients scheduling for the first time are required to pay a half deposit is based on service price ~ The salon requires 24-Hour Cancellation Notice, WITH proper Notice will receive an account credit.


  •  Tangled & Matted Hair: To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive to your hair appointment with your hair detangled. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge $40 & up. Unfortunately, this disrupts our entire schedule. If time does not permit for this additional time, your appointment will be treated as a late cancellation, resulting in a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Groups or parties must give at least Fourteen (14) day notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.


  • Outside or Home-made Hair care Products  NOT Permitted. Unless Prescribed by a dermatologist. Original Packaging Required.



Children and Un-serviced Guest: We love children. For safety and comfort to all salon guests, kids are NOT allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced.  It is our goal to offer a safe, relaxed and professional atmosphere.  If you are unable to make childcare arrangements, we will have to reschedule your appointment, all fees will apply. Children are only permitted in the salon or spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 5.


Un-serviced Guest are NOT Permitted at this time! Due to limited seating. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.  


Walk-In We welcome walk-in customers.  Walk-ins may experience a longer waiting period.  Therefore, appointments are preferred.


Payments: We reserve the right to change prices and services at anytime without notification. All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services.  Please Note: Credit/I.O.U for salon services is NOT available.  

We accept CASH, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER but please, NO Personal Checks.


Coupon Policy: Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center does not honor any other store coupons. Only coupons from Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center will be honored. The coupon policy is subject to change and should be verified/present at salon when using a coupon.

-Restrictions (1) One coupon per customer per transaction. You may use different coupons during the promotion periods.
-You may not use the same coupon multiple times during the promotion period. Stock is limited. While supplies last, no rain checks.
-May not be combined with any other offer.

- Coupons have no cash value. 


Gift Certificates/Cards & Loyalty Points: Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center Gift Certificates are redeemable only where it was purchased. Gift Certificates & Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Certificates are non-refundable. Loyalty Points are redeemable only for salon / spa services. Loyalty Points can NOT be combined with any other discounts, promotions or savings.


VIP Gift Certificates/Cards & Bundle Series: Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center VIP Gift Certificates & Bundle Series are redeemable only where it was purchased.VIP Gift Certificates & Bundle Series cannot be redeemed for cash. VIP Gift Certificates & Bundle Series are non-refundable. VIP Gift Certificates are redeemable only for salon / spa services. VIP Gift Cards can not be used to purchase any products or online products. VIP Gift Certificates & Bundle Series can NOT be combined with any other discounts, promotions or savings.


Redeeming Gift Certificate Won at Fund-Raiser: If you are the recipient of a Gift Certificate you won or bid for at a charity event or fund-raiser, you must inform the Client Service Representative when you call to schedule your appointment.
