Refund & Buy Now, Pay Later Policy

 

At Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center, we are committed to delivering exceptional service, healthy hair results, and a luxury guest experience.


 Due to the nature of our services, time, and professional expertise, we have established the following policy regarding refunds and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payments.



Service Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable.

We take pride in our consultations and customized approach to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may offer a professional adjustment where appropriate.

Adjustments:


  • Must be scheduled within 5 business days of the original service
  • Are only applicable to the original service performed
  • Will not be honored if services have been altered by another salon or professional



Retail Product Policy


Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if:


  • The product is unused or gently used
  • You experienced a reaction or concern


No cash refunds will be issued for retail purchases. 

Exchanges or salon credit only.



Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Policy


Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center offers Buy Now, Pay Later options through third-party financing providers for your convenience.


By selecting a BNPL payment option, you agree to the following:


  • All BNPL agreements are between you and the financing provider, not the salon
  • Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center receives full payment at the time of your service
  • All services remain non-refundable, regardless of your payment method
  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments with your BNPL provider


In the event of a concern:


  • We will gladly review and offer a service adjustment if eligible under our service policy
  • We do not issue refunds to BNPL providers once services have been rendered.


Deposits & Prepaid Services


  • All deposits are non-refundable
  • Deposits may be transferred one time if rescheduled within our policy guidelines
  • Prepaid services, packages, or promotions are non-refundable and non-transferable

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes


By booking with Stella’s Daughter Salon & Wellness Center, you agree not to initiate a chargeback for services rendered.

Any disputes must be addressed directly with our salon management team. 

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:


  • Permanent refusal of future services
  • Additional fees for recovery and administrative costs

If you have any concerns, we encourage open communication so we can properly address your needs in alignment with our policies.
